For the past 15 years, Rachel has built her career in Online Sales & Marketing. For the past 7 years, she has been with Red Door Homes, a build-on-your-lot builder in the Carolinas, where she serves as the Senior VP of Sales & Marketing. Rachel pioneered the online sales division at Red Door Homes, starting as the sole Online Sales Specialist and expanding the program into a team of five across four markets. She is responsible for hiring, coaching, and training her team, as well as implementing best practices to ensure a seamless customer experience from online interactions to onsite visits. Passionate about storytelling, Rachel prioritizes clarity and transparency with homeowners, ensuring new initiatives don't fall through the cracks. She has successfully started and overseen new technology initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and streamline the home-buying process.
