After graduating from UNCW, Courtney started her career in the New Home Sales industry in 2013 as an on-site New Home Specialist for Stevens Fine Homes. As a Pender County native with a local family history in the land and building supply industry, Courtney has a passion for Real Estate! She has enjoyed helping families find their dream homes across the Cape Fear region, in multiple Stevens communities, for almost a decade.
In 2022, she started a new adventure as the first Online Sales Counselor for Stevens, winning the NAHB National OSC Rookie of the Year award. As OSC she enjoys working with home shoppers, and REALTORS alike, as she uses her years of experience to guide them in the search for their dream home.
Courtney has been instrumental in shaping the program and implementing new strategies to better serve clients, ensuring their experience is both informative and enjoyable.
In January 2024, she took on the role of Sales Manager, blending both the OSC responsibilities and Sales Management for a better overall team dynamic and to help facilitate the best customer experience.
Courtney is a member of the Wilmington PWB and WCF Realtors association.
When Courtney isn't interacting with clients as the official Stevens Fine Homes "dream home match-maker" she enjoys spending time with her husband, Steven and two adorable daughters.
